F4010-K are based on the principle of laser diffraction (Fresnel
diffraction), with a simple structure that can provide stable and
accurate measurements for a long service time.
The four-axis measurement solution minimizes blind spots, perfectly
meeting the stringent requirements of industries such as cables,
wires, and pipes for the continuous production of high-quality
products.
F4010-k is versatile, applicable to various materials such as
electric wire & cable,steel wire, enamelled copper wire, medical
tubing, 3D filament, and more, regardless of their transparency.
4-axis measurement ,Less bind area
The below figure explains the relation between the measurement
result and nos of axis. The
more nos of axis, the less bind area it is , and measurement
accurate will be more accurate.

Compare each single measurement value with running average value,
If a single measurement is more than running average value and
higher or lower than threshold value, then it is a defect.
